Party Like It's Mardi Gras

Today is Mardi Gras, pull out the beads and stir up a big batch of Jambalaya then Party until you just can't party anymore.

No Party is complete with out a good drink. These were made famous by Pat O'Briens on Bourbon Street.

Hurricanes

• 12 oz light rum
• 12 oz dark rum
• 10 oz orange juice
• 10 oz grenadine
• 10 oz lime juice
• 1/4 c super fine sugar

For Garnish:

• 1 orange or lime cut into slices
• maraschino cherries

Mix all of the drink ingredients in a large pitcher and chill for a couple of hours. Serve over ice with pretty garnishes
