Around Our Table

After a week of travel and eating out I am so ready for home cooked meals. We are finally having some lovely Spring like days and the menu is starting to fill up with vegetables and fresh fruit.

  • Monday- Pizza
  • Tuesday- Teriyaki Mango Pork Bowl (recipe from Good Eating Magazine)
  • Wednesday- Baked Chicken, Squash & Zucchini, Sweet Potato
  • Thursday- Stuffed Bell Peppers and Salad
  • Friday- Stuffed French Toast, Pepper Bacon, Fruit Salad
  • Saturday- My Birthday, not sure what my husband has planned.
